PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Act & Perform is a 6 -week, Zoom-delivered mental fitness program for athletes aged 14–17 across Australia. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), it helps participants build psychological flexibility, emotional regulation, and performance mindset skills. The program integrates Cognifit — a science-backed digital tool — and draws on Dual Process Theory to support learning and behavioural change in a sports -focusedenvironment.

SESSION DETAILS:

Audience: Athletes aged 14–17
Group Size: 10–20 participants per group

SCHEDULE: Saturdays: 9:00–10:30am & 11:00–12:30pm
Mondays: 3:30–5:00pm

Duration: 6 weeks
